Welcoming. Spacious. Warm. Real. Even Holy– are some words my students use to describe their experience in my class. I invite you to breath, feel, and meet yourself where and how you are. I love to link movement and breath, set to music from Deva Premal to Outkast and between, yet my deepest passion is to hold space for you to be still, get quiet, and listen to the powerful voice within.

My family is sacred to me. Equality and justice are sacred to me. Community is sacred to me. Atlanta and the Westside in particular are sacred to me. My favorite ways to chill are resting in savasana with my son Oyetunde’s head against my heart, watching Portlandia with my husband, and writing.
