My teaching style an inquiry rooted in breath-awareness. It reflects the ever-changing nature of all things, as well as my passion for unlearning. The experience is lighthearted, but I know incremental change is serious business. So, sometimes we’re challenged, and something is churned. Sometimes we’re allowing, and something is revealed. I invite the ongoing discovery of personal truth. I teach because of this quote:

“If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.”– Yogi Bhajan

I am a life-long student who is fascinated by the body’s capacity to reveal and heal. I am certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT500, E-RYT200), as well as a certified Thai bodyworker. I trained in Self-Awakening Yoga Therapeutics® under Don Stapelton PhD (Nosara Yoga Institute, Costa Rica), with Pranakriya School of Yoga and Healing Arts with Yoganand Michael Carroll, and continues advanced studies at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Massachusetts.

Things that are sacred to me are my family, the healing power of touch, and a community of seekers. I chill by reading, hiking, farming, traveling, and I do not mess around when it comes to dark chocolate.
