Yoga is a gift of peace and non-harming that has nurtured me through life’s highs and lows. I teach yoga to share this gift as I honor and reflect the love, dedication and selflessness of my own teachers. I do so by artfully mixing disciplines and by infusing Mantra, Pranayama, and Meditation into asana based practices. This offers a fun, yet challenging way to revitalize the body, open the heart and quiet the mind.

My yoga journey began in 2003. And has taken me to India five times. At Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, I learned yoga philosophy and was initiated by Sadhvi Abha Saraswati on Vedic Chanting (2007) and Kriya Yoga (2015). I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 at Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta.

Asana nourishes my body. Meditation nourishes my mind. Seva (service) nourishes my heart. Off the mat, I chill at the theater or inside a great book!
